It's now quite clear that if you are a large international commercial concern the state and police will do everything to facilitate this kind of intrusive enterprise. If, however you are a private citizen taking similar photos or video of, say, a public building you stand a very good chance of being arrested due to ' suspicious behaviour consistent with the activities of a potential terrorist' or some such similar wording ( As previously run articles on Sott have amply demonstated ).
Perhaps the residents should try and persuade the police to detain the car driver for 'suspicious' behaviour. (Doubt if the police would ever do that though.)
