Number 23... what does it mean?

Almost all of you know about this 'number 23' obsession in the anglo-saxon culture.

I didn't find any topic about this so I figured I should be starting a new topic about it.

I read the wikipedia piece on number 23, and it leads to baloney: discordianism, etc. I know about Robert Anton Wilson, and I must admit that I have notable antipathies towards him... so don't recommend me to read RAW, I already did. I am right to say RAW is another Cointelpro? I believe he is. He even says in interview: "If Illuminati is so powerful and in total control, you would be mad to oppose them, become one of them!" (or something like that). I found this interview on redicecreations.

A recent example: the UK sailors being captured by Iran on march 23rd. (23/03)

I know some important world events of world history fell on such a date, in this particular month or another.

I am interested to know your hypothesises or your explanations of the significance of this number.

If you have info, reading suggestions, about this, I'd be glad.

You know, its a strange phenomenon, what people do and do not notice. The first time I became aware of it was when I was pregnant with my first child. All of a sudden, I was seeing pregnant women everywhere. It was bizarre and amazing! I never realized that so many women were having babies. I wondered what was going on? Was it something in the water? It took me awhile (and some experimenting), to realize that it was not that there was suddenly a lot more pregnant women just because I was pregnant, it's just that I wasn't "tuned" to them before and did not notice them.

Same thing happened when I bought my first van. I never saw so many vans on the road that I was now checking out to see how they compared to mine...

I once borrowed a friend's car - a volkswagen - and suddenly became aware of how many volkswagens there are on the road.

And so on.

Having said all that, there are some esoteric connections to the number 23, so I hear, and there are 23 pairs of chromosomes in human DNA. 2+3 = 5, which is a far more interesting number in my view.

Most of you know that Freemasons give sacred importance to June 23rd, and 24th, St-John's (Baptist) Day. Yesterday, June 23rd, was Tony Blair's last day as Prime Minister. Gordon Brown takes over today the 24th. He will move into 10 Downing St on 27th June. 27th Dec is St John the Evangelist's Day - the other day in the year especially regarded by Freemasons (though less than 24th June). So: 24 = GB becomes PM and 27 = GB moves into No 10. There may be nothing in this... but who chose the dates?

I read The Secret History of the World a year ago and I don't remember a lot, maybe I wasn't ready to assimilate all the info. I know there is a part of this book about celtic culture and their knowledge of cycles.

Masons have a great deal of celt culture in their calendar and ceremonies. Why do you think high masons today keep practicing those ancient semi-celtic rituals?

Could you point out the specific parts of TSHOTW in which I will find the answers I seek?

Perhaps I misunderstood you, but it seems that you just continued full steam ahead chasing connections and hidden meanings where only numbers reside. Not to say that numbers aren't often used as markers and hints by those who 'run things' - but one can take any combination of numbers and do pretty much anything with them - all to prove nothing.

Also, perhaps I should have asked if you understood the two previous posts, not if you read them...

I agree that it is easy to create infinite connections around the "ubiquitous number 23", just as with almost any other, just as one "creates his own reality", i.e. by self-fulfulling prophecies.

I am not sure that is possible, and I am not sure that is important also (for me at least)
I see transcripts not as some knowledge source, but more like thinking starter key, thing that push your mind on “ON" and then you can see that it was on “OFF". You hooked on them or not, you see it or not, their vibrance suits you or not. And it’s not bad if not. It’s just to push you forward it’s not bible, and with worrying is something corrupt or not, you will corrupt it all. To say again, that’s also might not to be true, that’s how I see it.

Regarding corruption in the transcripts, I recall the earlier transcripts involving Frank were said to be 70 some odd percent, the bulk of corruption coming through Frank, if I remember correctly.

Also, the more the channel is grooved, the more accurate it becomes. Therefore, the corruption is likely to be quite minimal.

Although the transcripts are interesting, it is up to the individual to validate the information using other sources. The effectiveness of research and validation increases through a network that can share the workload of research and analysis, and discuss the results, so that working hypothesis can be formulated.

If you read further there is also mentioning that 666 symbolizes VISA card because C's said VI is 6 in Roman, S in ancient Egyptian, and A in Sanskrit, so it symbolizes monetary control through which they control the world more-less.

To keep them on their frequency forever, snake lovers gave eternal allegiance for power they seek through "knowledge" so they end up their slaves forever and 4D has their food supplies forever. But the guys aren't very fond with reality and when they say forever, everything changes sooner or later. Laura mentioned numbers in wave, in chapter about Tora, Kaballah and how they think they can through number gain some supreme power to control everything,it's distraction from truth and is keeping you on their frequency, searching for power and ending like their slave, contributing to status quo and their power, but in the end some people can't help themselves to see it because they don't like the way of STO.

Don't think they are just fond, it has to do probably with sacred geometry and DNA about which Laura spoke in the wave. But without some help this is wasting time, you'll never find the meaning.

true evolution can only happen when '10' is created in ones 'I' first, and only by work on one's 'self' can this be achieved. Worrying about anything else in the world until this single thing is understood will direct you to wasting time and energy. Work with yourself through experience and watch yourself and your habits to start this precess. Keep trying to do this for longer periods as you will learn more about the impressions you give to others without having really known them before. Before long you will see the real you, (and also the not real you!) Go with it all to start with and dont judge yourself or others in any way- just observe till you get more and more..

Then comes the figuring out where these things come from and catching yourself with your intellect... 'think with the hammer during this..) you will find yourself shedding this skin you wore like a snake/ rebirth... keep doing this... become sensitive.... better company starts knocking on your door... your energy in 'just growing' start to synchronize your attitude to physical time/space to help you grow further... The trick is understanding that we can keep growing- forever... and not to get distracted by the 'dead people' in the process.
