It's quite a bold move after all that transpired with the Vatican Bank, Propaganda Due (P2-Lodge) and cardinal Marcinkus (among other things) not too long ago (see: _http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Marcinkus#Vatican_Banker).

Seems to be a pattern of TPTB they really don't care what "we" think. They now lie to our faces and probably laugh out load afterwards.
Perhaps there is a sort of global awakening in process. I hate to say "hope", but I do pray that all this can remain peaceful. I've always said what goes around comes around.

What is the IMF and World Bank then?

An open one world central bank will cause riots on all 4 corners of the globe. People still hold on to there national identity strongly and won't relinquish it without a fight. Such a bank would have to be veiled, abit like the one world government. In my opinion.

Time will tell.
