Maybe, maybe not. If you go by official data and consensus of a shortage, then yes. If you go by your later posts about the abundance of it in many places, then perhaps not. When you talk about Poland which you give as an example then:

I am just curious, after all oil is extremely important in today's economy, not just for transport but for industry and production of plastic as well.
