The link is to an e-mail exchange in engslish between some Nigerian swindlers called Benardo Tobi and Philip Nwosu and the recipient of the scam attempt. The recipient made himself out to be Reodor Felgen, wealthy president of the (non-excistant) International Billy Cart Racing Association (I.B.C.R.A.) and took the Nigerian boys for a good, long ride. Hilarious!
