One Woman’s Struggle

Came across this older video and was listening to what this lady had to say. She speaks, based on the post from January 2010 of her deep family struggles and the non exsistant support from an ended marriage and seems to imply there was more to say, "solutions", yet could not find any further personal references. She has obviously been through a lot and the “system”, as usual, abandons people with lies, corruption and abuse. Hope it worked out for her.

Every aspect of how we experience life is through our court systems. To run a business it must be legal, just as it must be legal for you to be an employee. Anyone can take everything you own using our court systems yet it's completely corrupt. This system is designed to protect the guilty causing social problems known as welfare.

If she has answer to the solution but not sure how to go about getting to the best end goal for all and in the mean time manage her physical difficulties, what are her bet options?

The video in the OP was her second, she uploaded 3 videos in the course of 3 days and her third is here entitled 'Canadian Fathers dealing with abuse '

In which she says in the beginning:

Our justice system is very much slanted on sides of the wealthier party in any court system. I must also include the reality that while we have been fighting so hard for women's rights, we have designed our court systems so a mother with money will always win. The battle between mothers and fathers is preventing solutions from unfolding. Forces must be joined, we must come together and demand change.

She goes on to give examples about how women act in general in these divorce situations.

She has some good points like

My ex is creating everything in fear(s) and he can't recognize that reality yet. Does that mean I don't want him to be a part of my children's lives? No, my children hold the potential to repeat the same pattern if they can't resolve their issue with their father. This process involves healing, not walking out, ignoring the problem thinking 'it will simply go away'.

I hope her issues got resolved as well as she hasn't posted anything after this video on Jan. 13th, 2010.

Hope so too. The system though sure needs a lot of wrenching, as it is not looking out for people's equality to be heard and the facts equally measured. They say "justice is blind", yet having money so often helps to open up at least one eye to the person who has it (thank you), while the other eye stays firmly shut and indifferent to those who have little or none.
