Outside of the exoteric circle?

Hi I'm a newbie. I noticed you have three circles what is outside the exoteric circle? And do you have a definition for those on the outside of the exoteric circle who want to peer inwards... But may not have enough attention span to really comprehend esoteric and what is the other one mesoteric? I like being on the outside of the outside circle because I have learned that ... I have learned nothing.
What is outside of exoteric?
Oh and I need new friends ... and everything is stale so I came here.
