Pain in the chest.

:( Since today morning I have pain in the chest. If I put my chin on the chest the pain is getting stronger.
Any idea? I thought it could be muscle but it feels inside  I asked my wife what she think about.
Her answer: "No wonder if you eat every morning fat pork and two eggs" The pain is holding steady for
12 hours now.

Kaigan, I don't know your age or background, but it does sound like you need to have it checked it out by a doctor.

Considering where you live I would run like hell to the doctor ...
Hope everything is OK :hug2:

It can be nervous it can be anything. See a doctor to know that everything is ok and be able to discard anything. Take care of yourself, my friend! :hug2:

I don't know, but eating pork & eggs for breakfast is not a common cause of chest pain, I don't think. I have had problems with abdominal pain sometimes (but not always) when I eliminated all plant foods. The last time it happened the pain seemed to come from the area of my liver.

Gas can also cause it.

As was said, you should go to a doctor as soon as possible, Kaigen.

I definitely agree that you need to check it out but let me share my experience so that you dont get worked up for nothing.
I got an attack of chest pain few months ago and decided to check it up. What worried me was that this pain presented like text book angina pectoris, except that it occurred at rest.
The cardiologist examined me and since he couldn't find anything unusual on the PE he ordered full blood work up and EKG on the treadmill.
Both test came perfectly fine, in fact he remarked that the results are excellent for my age. Funny thing is my cholesterol and triglycerides results were remarkably good and improved since the last testing 3 years ago before embarking on eating loads of fat,
He doesn't have a clue what caused the pain and he said its one of those medical mysteries. I had to suffer lecture about dangers of smoking but at least he was on the same page with the diet and thinks this is a way to go. Which was not a small relief as I expected a lecture about that as well.
Keep us informed.

You should check your blood for the histamine levels.

I also get chest pain/tightness during sleep period. It is more of tightness than pain.

I went to several doctors to get a diagnosis and didn't get one very clear except one from a respirologist. He said that I have to exercise my breathing harder via intensity training, but it is not because I exercise HIIT and intense sprints in the park I live nearby. The same respirologist told me that my blood work is great with the exception of histamine level which is high.

My guess is my gut is not fully healed (leaky gut) so some of the food might get into the blood which triggers the production of histamines and making the liver working harder to filter out those foreign stuff from the blood. (My diet is KD.)

Every night before going to bed I take about 4 grams of Vitamin C and 200mg of Magnesium malate and that helps with the chest tightness that makes my breathing slightly labored. The key here is the vitamin C cause it lowers the histamine count in the blood. I'll have to buy a sonicator to make homemade liposomal vitamin C and later the glutathione one.

I hope you'lll get a clear diagnosis soon.

Thank you all for your answers. Right now I'm in the train to work, so soon will write more. Yesterday I made the blood pressure test and it was 124/61 64 . After 7 hours sleep feel better and the pain was gone. But during eating breakfast, I felt like the food I swallow touch the pain some how. Hope to go to doc. Today.
My age is 43, 173cm/76kg

:) I'm back from doc. he said Heart is okay EKG fine the rest must be checked!
as I mentioned it could be something with my Esophagus. 20 years ago I
had serious problem with unknown disease (three months in Hospital)
I must admit that I eaten everyday in McDonalds as I worked there for two years.

Time in Germany with my overweight (100kg) I had always burning and
drunk lot of milk to calm it. wwhooo Last 4 years since I'm here i had burning
very rear only after I eaten to much sweet things like chocolate or rice cookies
with red beans paste. But I have cat it way back so now if I need something to eat
Like chocolate before I have nuts box.

So I sad I mentioned my Esophagus and than he gave me pills to take after dinner
for week or so. If it becomes better it means there is something. Than he would like to
look on it with camera. :/ thats for now.
