Happened to turn on the TV at lunch time today, which I haven't done in ages and discovered a cooking/nutrition show called "The Paleo Way" https://au.tv.yahoo.com/plus7/the-paleo-way/ . Don't know the chef, Pete Evans ( he seems to be a dedicated Paleo dieter http://www.theaustralian.com.au/executive-living/food-drink/the-six-foods-pete-evans-never-stocks-at-home/story-e6frg8jo-1226992580246?nk=afb17bd030a02893a1d9959540331219, but the nutritionist is none other than Nora Gedgaudas. There is also an online site https://www.thepaleoway.com/ offering a paleo nutrition program.
Everything I saw on the show seemed to be comparable to all the other Paleo diet info out there, such as the right type of fats, omega 3 to 6 ratio, pasture raised meat etc. But you would expect no less with someone like Gedgaudas involved.
I am still a bit stunned to see this type of show on television, but good on them for this is surely a step in the right direction and a great way to showcase this particular diet to a wider audience. Not sure if it is shown in any other countries, or just Australia. Is there hope yet for a Keto cooking show?
