I was just released from the hospital from acute pancreatitis. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced. Is there any way to rebuild or strengthen the pancreas. Are there any supplements to help. I have no clue what to expect in the future. I'm doing some research on foods to eat that wont trigger this again. Can someone maybe give me some insight on what to expect. will this pain ever subside. I can't pay attention to some doctors for all they want to do is to drug you up. I still have no clue on what caused this. It wasn't my Gallbladder, and I don't use alcohol. I'm really in limbo at this
