Speaking of $20 million, I can't seem to find anything written, but CNN has been reporting that Congress set aside that figure for a massive party this year "to commemorate victory in Iraq." How infuriating is that? Maybe that's the reason Rice is suddenly seething at the Iraqi gov't to get their s##t together in a hurry. Imagine that, the US goes in and completely screws up an entire country, hand-picks some puppet leaders for it, and then screams at them to fix the mess.
