After reading Dr. David M. Jacobs book "the Threat" and researching vigorously the abduction phenomenon. I find it a fascinating subject on which type of people do get abducted in our 3d illusion that we perceive. In Laura's book "High Strangeness", she discusses with the Cassiopeians, among other things the possibility of permanent abduction. Which I have to say, is quite frightening, but I want to put it out there because we have to face our fears in the quest for esoteric knowledge. Are all who have obtained this knowledge about the Overlords of Entropy and the human race being their slaves and sustenance, at risk for this type of abduction? I know this is a complex question. I don't want to come across as being selfish or just concerned with my own well-being. I just want to understand what we are dealing with and the most positive methods for protection, and achieving STO consciousness. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
As far as I know, nobody from this network has been 'permanently abducted'. The best methods of protection that we know of have been mentioned: diet, knowledge of self (and others) through psychology, and breathing/meditation. Notice that none of these methods are particularly mystical, though knowledge of hyperdimensional reality is also needed to understand the causes and reasons behind what's happening.
This Work is all about knowledge that can be practically applied to daily life in order to remove all toxicity from our bodys and minds and see things objectively. This is what provides us protection, as most 'attacks' don't come in the form of a spaceship, they come in the form of
General Law and
Petty Tyrants/energy vampires that we interact with every day.
Concerning diet, there is a huge amount to learn and it will take lots of time and experimentation. However if you are serious about it then I suggest that you begin the long journey of reading the "Life without bread" thread linked by Daenerys. It is absolutely packed with information, and documents the story of how members of this forum experimented and shared info in order to understand the diet issue.
In short, it's not just fast food that damages our bodies, there is much, much more. Personally giving up so many of my favourite foods was a big challenge, but I feel so much better now both mentally and physically it was 100% worth it, and the cravings diminish with time.
Hope this helps, and if youre feeling bombarded with information don't worry, just learn at your own pace :).
