Looks like all those Pfizer-sponsored golf junkets, massages, and other perks given to doctors to keep pushing pills instead of sound eating habits, less expensive/less intrusive health remedies, and detoxification may have a cure:

Excuse me if I'm skeptical that Pfizer will actually pay the full amount...or give their Big Pharma brethren pause to stop the same sorts of marketing practices to the medical establishment.
