Plocher System and Hutchison Effect

Greetings, after doing various searchs in this forum, I could not find a discussion about the subject I will share, so I apologize if this is already discussed

I would like to discuss the Plocher System and the hutchison effect. Before I give links and some description, I would like to say that I am currently reading the cassiopaean material. I already read the Ra material, and found both to be precious material. I congratulate all people involved in this effort to bring light to all.

The plocher system is a system that empowers certain materials that when mixed in determined biological environments, cause various effects, like making plants grow better and cleaning lakes. I am not good at explaining things, so maybe this link will give better information

Interesting about the plocher system is that the creator, when asked how he empowers his materials, said that he just taps the aether that exists everywhere in space. Maybe this is related to the force acting in the hutchison effect, somehow. I'm a computer scientist with little knowledge in the area of physics

Also, how this relates with the teachings of the cassiopaean and ra material?

There are many such levitation vids out there, this one above average at least, imho. Hutchison's mention of the charged barrier semiconductor earns my re-doubled attention. Were he in the US, not Canada, he might have been served a cease and desist order from the FBI already, as claims Bill Fogal, the inventor of charge barrier technology

Well , i read quite a lot about Huchison and his work.
He claims that gov came and took all his toys ,which is kinda fishy because in other readings i found that he worked for govs.

Also some people on free energy forums claim that it is a hoax - i do not have links but i remeber reading such posts with photos when Hutchison used strings to "levitate" objects.

Well regardless all above , maybe it is a hoax maybe not , IMO frequencies and magnetism plays a major role in levitation effects.

There is a page here on the Hutchison Effect, where the second video shows a string in the top left corner, whose movements are in synch with the levitating movements of the toy UFO:

Many of the Hutchison Effect videos of levitating metal objects show the same wooden board, with sometimes the end of a broom on the wall in the background. One skeptic's site suggests this board is actually on the ceiling, and the metal objects are falling down rather than levitating, as the strength of a hidden electromagnet behind the board is adjusted.

For the videos of melting blocks of metal (like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_f6buLzGKUQ) it has been suggested that this is not metal but something that looks like metal, and the reason it melts and changes shape is because a heat gun is being directed at it.
