Hi all,
Just had a mate from work put me on to some podcasts to pass some time whilst flying home.
We hit the gym together after work and the ol rig is feeling it a bit more as time goes by!
Anyway, they're called the ATP PROJECT and they have some good podcasts on things like gut health, fasted cardio, adrenal maladaptation the immune system and more.
Now, they do at times mention their products and can't blame them because I'm sure they have put a lot of work into them. Just very very pricey is all!! Lol!
One thing that caught my attention with it all was they spoke about ketosis and how as soon as our body tastes something sweet it assumes it is an easily burned fuel source, it switches from burning fat for fuel and looks to burn glucose. If none is readily available it apparently goes to using our protein as fuel as in muscle!?
And for me that's my hard earned gains!
These podcasts go for around 40min each and they look to talk about natural products from a naturopath perspective.
I enjoyed them n think they are worth a listen.
Aurgo.
