Police and Fire Drills and "terrorist attacks"?

With the apparent co-incidence of "terrorist attacks" taking place in venues where Police departments, fire departments, and /or hospitals have announced drills, it's occurred to me that someone should be keeping track of these announced drills to see if any particular patterns emerge. I wonder, were there other "announced drills" in other parts of the country on Boston Marathon day? How common are announced drills? Does it turn out that several hundred are done daily throughout the States, or only four a week? I am trying to think of what organization would keep track of such info. Any guess, leads, facts? It would be interesting to have a national Web site data base for announced drills.
We've had one county wide police and sheriff terrorist drill here in the least populated county in the lower 48 states. Scared me half to death. That was a year ago. Fortunately, no terrorists reared their Satanic Commie heads. But if Okanogan County, in the Inland Empire can put together fire power like that, I can't imagine what Chicago or LA will be like in the event of...
Thanks for any help anyone can come up with.

I did a little websurfing to try to see if there is a website that tracks and lists drills. Didn't find anything in particular. There are a lot of drills going on regularly - probably a significant amount more with what isn't announced. I way to track them is to go to google, click the news tab and type in various phrases like 'terror drill' or 'police drill' or 'military drill' and a decent amount of stuff comes up. A blog would be pretty easy to create where the results could be posted as they come in if the google searches are done regularly. Kinda like the blogs that track fireballs, etc.
