In this clip Colin Powell mentions that there is going to be a crisis in January, "that we don't even know about, right now":

One wonders what he is referring to with "crisis in January". Considering Tarpley's take on Obama, that he is controlled into attacking Russia+China by attacking other proxy states that these two rely on (such as Sudan and Pakistan), there might be a situation that "forces" the US into attacking these nations.
Note however that the clip has been referenced at rense.com, GLP, Icke and Alex Jones websites, so there might simply be a psyop reason behind it. Hard to tell.
