Problem with checkout on RPP UK website

I'm having a problem with the Red Pill Press UK website. When I click on 'confirm the order' I get the following results:

In Firefox the following page comes up at url: https://ukvps.protx.com/vspgateway/service/vspform-register.vsp

Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)

In Internet Explorer 8, 32 and 64 bit versions the following page comes up at url: https://ukvps.protx.com/vspgateway/service/vspform-register.vsp

The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 400
Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:
Retype the address.


Go back to the previous page.

Go to and look for the information you want.

We're checking on this. Looks like the payment processor (Protx) might have undergone some changes, in which case we might need to modify or update the store's code.

It seems to be that the payment processing upgrade has caused problems for people, so looks like its not a problem at the RPP end. Apparently they are working to fix it, we'll have to check it out tomorrow to see if there's anything else needs doing. Thanks for the heads up. :)
