I have a problem with fish and fish oil.
From the smell and taste of fish I get nausea, since childhood I can´t eat fish, over
the years I try to eat fish in various preparations but I can´t bear the fish taste, also
fish oil really upset me (my stomach). ( sorry for the smiley but it shows best what happens to me!)
My question is : when I don´t eat fish or supplement fish oil, is it
sufficient to supplement with more flax seed oil (at the moment I supplement 2 Tb. spoons per day), or are in this case further supplements indicated ?.
I wonder, why my body react in this way,
maybe I can´t tolerate fish ? ( I have blood type 0) I have never heard from a fish intolerance before. Has anybody made similar experiences ?
