Program to convert image files into text

Hy, I would like to know what program you use to convert text in a image file, into a file in a .txt format.

Hey There!! The type of soft-wear that you need is called OCR or OCR Trace. You can google it and find out more about it or go-to

These OCR programs however, are not perfect... So you still have to do a bit of proof reading / editing after the program has completed its translation... Hope this helps :)

Since there are many image formats, you would basically
have to find the image to text converter to handle that specific
image format.

OCR readers are one thing but for PDF, Word, JPG, GIF,
you may only need the software converter for that format,
