The Living Force
This is a show that was on the air in the late 90's that i really enjoyed. I just figured out that you can watch all three seasons on youtube. It is sort of like a Canadian xfiles, but these are supposedly true cases that were investigated by the osir, office of scientific investigation and research. I have never heard of them except in relation to this show. Dan Akroyd is the narrator which seems to lend a little credibility. Did anyone else ever watch this show?

Yes I did and at that time I found them very interesting.

Here's, the first one on youtube:

Not sure how much of the actual show I saw, the part that does stand out to me now is the beginning part when Dan Aykroyd introduces the show. Will be checking them out.

This is one that has always stood out, and fascinated me. I have just rewatched it, and it raises even more questions due to things all of us in the forum think may be probable in the future.
Here it is. It is the second part called reincarnation.

I watched this a little while ago and it reminded me of the premise of the Sense8 series discussed here on the forum, wherein the characters share a bond and a single/interconnecting consciousness. Bizarre and definitely interesting.

I also enjoyed this show. It was on when I was in college, in the process of rejecting the liberal Christianity of my upbringing and trying to find my way as either a paranormal seeker or a scientific materialist of some sort. This show definitely pulled me in the paranormal direction. The X-Files was doing something similar at the time but in a more ridiculous, fictionalized fashion. I recall this show claiming to be based on real cases, though they never seemed to get too into the details of the real cases. At the same time, Carl Sagan and his CSI-COP ilk were pulling me in the materialist direction. Needless to say, if I had succumbed to the pull of materialism I wouldn't be on this forum today.
