Puppycide the documentary that was never finished

As the U.S. law enforcement becomes more and more militarized, it seems as though standard practice is to shoot dogs when they do investigations.

Two filmmakers attempted to raise money to bring this issue to light, but time ran out before they raised enough to finish the film.

The following clip gives a sense of what is happening all over the U.S. I personally don't understand this policy at all.

You and me both. It's absolutely crazy! A recent example: a 300 lbs. police officer shoots a 12 lbs. pooch in 'self defense' ?!?!
