Question about 4-th dimension.

First of all i want to apologise for grammar mistake (i know english language not very well).

The question i want to ask anyoane who can answer and help me is:How many people(in percentage) will pass to 4 dimension then the wave will come?

P.S. I read the Wave Series but i don't understood will pass only 10% and 90% will not or reverse.

From what I've read, I get the impression that the percentage is 'open'. That means that if there IS a current percentage, then it can reduce or increase at every moment because of free will. People can always choose what they want to do, and change their minds.

So, there can never be a fixed percentage.
