Question about 4th density Method Of Control and STO magnetization

Andrew

Jedi Master
Laura has said that as Human Beings we are receptors to "though centers" that then "project" the aligned
"thought center" onto/into its reality.

If this is so does this mean from a 4th density perspective that perhaps the ideal way to dominate thereby control this Planet, its frequency is by means of, from the very beginning of their reign, aligning it with specific thought-centers that vibrate at a manipulatable frequency?

There's an obvious pattern that exists among people, even if outwardly everyone "appears" to be different. From G's perspective people are all the same in the sense of their mechanical, machine like nature which is brought into fruition Externally. Quite frankly I don't disagree with him. However he says, EXTERNALLY. External Influence, influence that comes from beyond us, outside of us, a foreign source of information, an influence which just might have been created from a higher level that knows all of this already. How is the Zombie like nature of the United States, the low percentages of people who actually "think", and the enamoration for the Self, and service to it accounted for? Quite the perfect meal for any energy Hungry Hyper-dimensional beings I'd say.

From the 4th way perspective, a good way to break from this reign would then be to Know the Self, develop it consciously, then IDK transcend it? To be honest I'm looking for means of finding an inspiration to allow myself to truly get to work. However the nature of learning about the self and understanding it, as i'm sure everyone here knows, is quite difficult and not very fun in the beginning. And this has sort of given me some kind of insight into my daily experience, emotional patterns, thinking patterns, behavioral patterns etc. that shows me upon each moment of "choice" we get depends on what "thought center" we are aligning with at that moment, thereby determining the nature of our experience. And from a broad perspective, if we choose from the S.T.S. (potentially created from a Higher Density one if not so) we are essentially food. But if we try our best to consciously align ourselves with an S.T.O. aligned thought center, reality and therefore its experience lean more toward that direction freeing us from enslavement, and perhaps this is the road to developing a magnetic center that emanates a Higher Frequency?

Hi,

I think you might get what you are looking for from reading William Chittick's "The Sufi Path of Knowledge" as well as the three volumes of Mouravieff's Gnosis. These two books give some practical explanations of "how things are" .

More directly, in response to your questions, It appears to me that our mechanical self by its very physical nature, is aligned with the "sleeping/STS" thought centers and many of us have the potential to connect to an STO "thought center" through the direct manifestation of our "higher selves". This would be bringing the "Kingdom of God" into the material world: "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" - remembering that the "kingdom of heaven" is "within," or potential, like the mustard seed.

Yes, it is partly trying to align ourselves with STO/creative thought centers, but before one can do that, one has to have perspicacity - the ability to know the difference. I put it this way in Secret History:

As noted, there are many Names of God that call to us in our present state of existence. But you are not required to answer every one that calls. The fact that human beings are, in general, ignorant of their own true “essence” gives them the illusion of freedom. And the fact is, all paths come from God, and all paths Lead back to God, but again, it can be via different faces. As the Shaykh says: “Unto Allah all things come home, and he is the end of every path. However, the important thing is which divine name you will reach and to which you will come home?”

And this brings us to what the Shaykh calls “perspicacity”. This is the special development of the “eye of insight”, or “seeing the unseen” that is crucial to the Seeker. Just as the physical eye, with the refraction of light from the Sun, can discern between the large and the small, the beautiful and the ugly, the shades of colors, the moving from the still, the high and the low, the ability to see the unseen is a property of an “inner light”. This light reveals to the seeker things about external objects that are NOT apparent to the five senses. It reveals to its possessor when a choice that may appear to be benevolent, is a step on the path of Evil. It reveals when a choice that may appear to human estimation as negative is actually a difficult step to felicity for all involved. The Sufis tell us that some individuals have achieved such a level of “seeing” that - upon seeing a person’s footprint on the ground, even if the person is not present - they are able to say whether he is following a life of felicity or wretchedness.

The light of perspicacity seems to be a gift that not everyone has, and those who do have it, may not have developed it to the same degree. What is evident is that those who have it possess an immutable nature of Being which is able to “see” good and evil - they do not see “only good”. Thus, they are able to discern between the “calls” of Nonbeing and Being, and therefore, are able to strengthen their Will along the path of intrinsic Being. It then follows that individuals who are not able to see - or who choose not to see - both Good and Evil, are formed in the mold of subjectivity, which is the human expression of the Call of Non-being.

A human being whose immutable nature is that of Being can strengthen the light of perspicacity by “assuming the traits” of the Names of Being. This does not mean that a person comes to possess traits that do not already belong to him. It means that these traits are amplified and “cultivated”. The Ruling property of an individual is determined by what Face of God is disclosed to him, and this is determined by his preparedness. Felicity can only be disclosed when Evil has been turned away from, rejected; which can only be achieved by a long period of “testing” or being challenged to SEE and then to choose Being over Non-being in order to grow the Will or alignment to Being in a feedback loop. As the Seeker travels this path, he must not see these traits as his own, but rather that he is a locus of God’s manifestation of an ontological attribute.

The magnetic center, once developed, becomes one of the "eyes of the soul" - an eye of perspicacity. At that point, one can begin to consciously choose to align with the Creative Thought Centers. Before that, it is very difficult because, in our mixtus orbis, world of confusion, very often what we - our human, subjective personality, might think is good/STO, is not and vice versa.

It is WORK, no doubt about it. But we utilize many tools and approaches, including modern psychology and techniques we have developed with careful experimentation. For example, reading Martha Stout's book "The Myth of Sanity" is an excellent way to come to a deeper understanding of false personality, multiple *Is* and what being asleep really is in modern parlance. The study of psychopathology is also a good way to begin to learn how to see the major patterns of deception both on the micro and macrocosmic levels.

Hope this helps.

Hi Andrew,

I am by no means an enlightened subject when it comes to The Work, but I will try to tell you, what I have learned so far ... maybe this will not be of much help to you, you may already know all of this.

Gurdjieff talks about your question quite a lot (as in Ouspensky - In Search of the Miraculous). There are stages that one has to progress through to reach "magnetization of the higher centres". One of the first - and maybe most difficult - is to realize that we all are asleep and mechanical. To truly understand this takes time and effort. One test or excercise that G. offers, is "self-remembering". This is actually a really interesting thing. Up to that point I had heard very often that we are asleep, but I couldn't really fill that with meaning. "Self-remembering" works like that:

Only one thing is true in what you have said: that you can know consciousness only
in yourself. Observe that I say you can know, for you can know it only when you have
it. And when you have not got it, you can know that you have not got it, not at that
very moment, but afterwards. I mean that when it comes again you can see that it has
been absent a long time, and you can find or remember the moment when it
disappeared and when it reappeared. You can also define the moments when you are
nearer to consciousness and further away from consciousness. But by observing in
yourself the appearance and the disappearance of consciousness you will inevitably
see one fact which you neither see nor acknowledge now, and that is that moments of
consciousness are very short and are separated by long intervals of completely
unconscious, mechanical working of the machine. You will then see that you can
think, feel, act speak, work, without being conscious of it. And
if you learn to see in yourselves the moments of consciousness and the long periods of
mechanicalness, you will as infallibly see in other people when they are conscious of
what they are doing and when they are not.
"Your principal mistake consists in thinking that you always have consciousness,
and in general, either that consciousness is always present or that it is never present. In
reality consciousness is a property which is continually changing. Now it is present,
now it is not present. And there are different degrees and different levels of
consciousness. Both consciousness and the different degrees of consciousness must be
understood in oneself by sensation, by taste. No definitions can help you in this case
and no definitions are possible so long as you do not understand what you have to
define. And science and philosophy cannot define consciousness because they want to
define it where it does not exist. It is necessary to distinguish consciousness from the
possibility of consciousness. We have-only the possibility of consciousness and rare
flashes of it. Therefore we cannot define what consciousness is."

"Not one of you has noticed the most important thing that I have pointed out to you,"
he said. "That is to say, not one of you has noticed that you do not remember
yourselves." (He gave particular emphasis to these words.) "You do not feel
yourselves; you are not conscious of yourselves. With you, 'it observes' just as 'it
speaks' 'it thinks,' 'it laughs.' You do not feel: I observe, I notice, I see. Everything still
'is noticed,' 'is seen.' ... In order really to observe oneself one must first of all remem-
ber oneself" (He again emphasized these words.) "Try to remember yourselves when
you observe yourselves and later on tell me the results. Only those results will have
any value that are accompanied by self-remembering. Otherwise you yourselves do
not exist in your observations. In which case what are all your observations worth?"
These words of G.'s made me think a great deal. It seemed to me at once that they
were the key to what he had said before about consciousness. But I decided to draw
no conclusions whatever, but to try to remember myself while observing myself.
The very first attempts showed me how difficult it was. Attempts at self-
remembering failed to give any results except to show me that in actual fact we never
remember ourselves. (from Ouspensky - In Search of the Miraculous, p116-118)

That was quite a revelation to me! Lo and behold, I noticed, I was, and still am, mostly asleep. Once in a while - with a lot of conscious effort! - I manage to stay awake for a little while, just to wake up a day or a week later having drifted off to sleep without noticing it. And I have made the same experience as Ouspensky: Ask your friends if they are conscious all the time, remembering their self - and they will be unable to understand the question and say: "Of course I am conscious of myself!".

Once you start to stay awake for a little bit of time, all sorts of things happen. When you are able to observe yourself in a situation - and manage to be awake at the same time - things get an almost mathematical crispness. And at the same time you may start to notice what mechanical part of you is in the driver's seat at that moment. I still struggle with that most of the time - and when the "going gets tough" I have so far no ability to "stay awake" - to go asleep is kind of a protective barrier to the unpleasant sensations you may gather about yourself and the world around you ...

The next step is to actually accept what comes up when you are awake. And as mentioned above, that's when things get ugly. I then seem to remember bad things I did, or embarrassing things etc. So one has to fight the desire to return to sleep and face onself's image in the mirror. And come to terms with what you see - and this is an unpleasant thing to do ...

But as long as this process is not part of your inner working, I suppose that no "magnetization of higher self" will be taking place ....

Now I may be all wrong, may have misquoted etc. If this is the case, please let me know.

I too have little knowledge volume regarding the "magnetic center." So little in fact, that I had a tough
time judging which thread to add this to. But I am cleaning out old archives at year-end, and I thought
this worth capturing:

"Scientists discover molecule behind birds' magnetic sense"

Avian biocompass "decoded"

"Birds' ability to detect magnetic fields is affected by light; this
'sixth sense' only works properly in the presence of blue or green
light, while light of other wavelengths disrupts the magnetic sense."

"Cryptochromes are photoreceptors which are sensitive to blue light, and
they are involved in a number of processes linked to the circadian
cycle, such as growth and development.

The word "magnetic" is used metaphorically for being attracted towards higher awareness, so the article about bird navigation isn't relevant except to show a physical magnetic effect.

Saint Theophan the Recluse, one of the greatest of those who, in nineteenth century Russia, continued the tradition of the early fathers, may have been the first to use the then just discovered concept of magnetism to describe the way in which the love transmitted through the Spirit transforms the human heart.

The idea of 'magnetism to God' was first applied to this inner phenomenon, so far as we know, in the second half of the nineteenth century by the Russian hermit Saint Theophan the Recluse, who around 1860-1870 speaks sometimes about magnetisation to God, and sometimes about Gravitation to God. Hi John! :)

Are the italic portions of your post taken from another source? If so, could you list it, so others may look it up and read the whole book?

Thanks!

Yes and to even get close to that position of choice you first have to overcome your judgement of others, because you dont hold the information of there destiny profile or karma profile so can not judge what that entity's current necessary lessons are hence why it is better to teach from the level that entity is at rather than correct and point out it flaws and scold it for it; that only creates karma for yourself.

On another note the forces your up against have had access to the eye of perspicacity they even symbolise it in many of there material world symbols.

This game is one of the mind, you would do well in exercises of conceptualising your own universe in how it would work, ponder it from creation to end in your mind if have too write it out on paper do so, will help in understanding how universes are formed will also deprogram many programs which limit and at same time awaken to knowledge which can help you in this one were in now. My suggestion for doing this would be gather what you know and utilise that but remember that is only one tangent of possible thought there is a infinity of possibility's but once you have a template the minds the limit.
