Question about nasa shuttle ufo footage

Without getting too much into the validity of the available clips. I am referring for example to the nasa “tether” clip. Although I am interested in what you all think of its significance if any. My question is more general, and would be relevant to other footage that may be considered more valid.
My question is has anyone tried to capture the blinking light patterns, and maybe digitize them in the same way as if the blinking lights were the laser beam used to burn a cd audio disk or data disk or in the case of older sightings Morse code?
Just a thought I had, that was crazy enough, I decided to share it to see what others think.

As a little note to the "tether incident", I've seen that donut like (with the little notch on the edge) and pulsing/blinking effect in other videos - not Nasa clips or anything to do with UFOs - so I'd take those characteristics with a grain of salt.

I guess to be more exact, I really had two questions, one about the [tether incident] the second about any other footage considered more valid, that may show blinking lights. And yes I am aware that this question is kinda like the music played by the spaceship in close encounters.
I am also aware that you guys consider a lot of what William Cooper wrote in “Behold A pale Horse” to be the product of, at least in part, Government mind control.
I guess what I trying to get at in a broader sense is this. It seems to me that at least some of the visitors to this planet, maybe even the ones that made the deal with the powers that be in the late 1940s early 1950s
Would be trying to communicate with us in other ways besides talking to Laura’s group.

More specifically I repeat my earlier question. Has anyone tried to capture the blinking light patterns, and maybe digitize them in the same way as if the blinking lights were the laser beam used to burn a cd audio disk or data disk or in the case of older sightings Morse code?
I do not know enough about the ways the X’s and O’s are arranged and if different codecs or whatever could make any possible translation arbitrary.

As far as I know, no "visitors to this planet" are talking to Laura's group. The C's describe themselves to be non-physical 6th density beings of light (knowledge). And I don't think any "aliens" who communicate with the higher level of the human control hierarchy will communicate anything helpful to anyone because they are STS. There is plenty of manipulative communication - check out the "Channel Watch" series on this forum for example. Also, there are manipulative religious "apparitions" and other similar things. When we're talking about STS we're not talking about communication that would help anyone, but to maintain their lies and control. Our existing religions may be a form of communication from those same beings, just more lies and control systems to extract maximum negative emotional energy from us while keeping us ignorant and docile.

The C's said they themselves are responsible for crop circles as a way to make certain knowledge accessible to anyone who can decode the pictograms, however. I believe some of these are available in the Wave series or perhaps a separate article on cassiopaea.org.
