About a week ago I had a dream about an extra large honey bee (which is unusual for me because I don't usually dream about bugs or bees), there was also a large glass jar that I was either looking at or holding in my hands...filled with large exotic looking bugs and foliage. The specimens didn't seem to be from this planet. The dream was unusual because it was not in the usual format or feeling of any previous dreams. Actually all the dreams of the past week seem like this. Loads of activities, people, unusual places and structures. The very next night I had a second dream about bees. Not sure what this could be about but the day of the first dream I had been reading a book where the main character smashes a bee in her hands and gets stung. I thought it was interesting to read something in a book and that particular night have a bee and bugs in my dream. But to dream about a bee the second night was odd.
Within the same week I dreamed of large snowballs falling from the sky and smashing onto the ground. At the same time trees were crashing over in the yard because at the ground level the tree trunks had become dry rotted and could not support the weight. Several fell onto the stairs somewhat blocking the entrance to the front door. This was not my real life house but it appeared that I lived here. I was amazed at the size of the snowballs falling from the sky and thought if they landed on the roof they could possibly cause damage or even holes in the roof. So trees crashing over and twelve inch diameter snowballs falling from the sky. Pretty weird I'd say....
I think some of this has to do with earth changes and all the insane weather happening all around the world. But the trees seem to be a recurring theme in some of my dreams in the past year. For instance last year, actually in December 2009, and February 2010, I had two dreams that seem very similar in the message they were trying to convey but they each occurred in different places. One took place in a dark forest and the other in a bright desert canyon. These two dreams have really been on my mind for the longest time.
First dream: I am driving and suddenly I'm in a dark forest. I'm looking out of the car window up at these very tall trees. Staring up at these trees I see human torsos that are actually part of the branches. It's not a good feeling to see this, very scary actually. I look into the forest getting a feeling to 'not disturb' whatever is in there. I'm to drive by very slowly and quietly...at the end of the road I do see light and I get there with no problems, it's bright and sunny and I go into a building where it appears that I know people working there. End of first dream. A couple of months later, in the second but seemingly related dream... I find myself hiking in a desert canyon. I'm alone like the first dream in the forest. It seems like I've been hiking for a very long time and the problem is I can't get out of the canyon, I can't find the rim or the way out. Suddenly to my left I see a cleft or some caves and trees are semi-blocking the entrance. I get a strong feeling of danger and to not go in there but keep climbing. I look up and see some very tall wispy looking trees sort of swaying a little. I go a bit further and suddenly I'm at the top, I even step over a concrete curb into a neighborhood, which looks normal and start running and skipping down the street, where kids are playing.
Two weeks prior to the Haiti earthquake I had a strange dream about the sun. I was driving in this dream also. There was a car in front of me but suddenly there was upheaval, noise, explosions and upheaval everywhere around me and the other car. The car in front of me crashed and the two women in the front were dead and the man in the backseat appeared to be hit by some sort of weapon from the sky. All of the occupants in that car were black, but the man in the back seat of the car was a light-skinned black man with a shaved head. The noise and crashing all around was confusing and it seems like concrete was being unearthed...but then the sun seemed to be coming very close to the earth. This I could see very easily... there were loud noises and then the man in the back of that car was dead and there appeared to be a sideways "U" in his head as if he was hit by some sort of weapon.
Anyway, just thought I'd post these there, (I have a few others I can share a bit later)...if anyone has any insights into what these dreams can mean, please feel free to post your opinions. Thanks so much. :)
