Hey, I know fall is already there at least for those who are in the northern hemisphere. I stumble across a patented homeopathic like beverage, ideally used for this season. It's a dietary supplement based on what his inventor Dr Niedermaier called the cascading fermentation. It's fruits, spices, vegetables fermented three times who gives enzymes in order to regulate metabolism and ease all chemical reactions that take place in the body.

The story begin with Dr Niedermaier and his dog, which get paralyzed and died after a walk in the country. The Dr take another dog from another kennel to avoid what he thinks was a genetic bad mutations. But after another walk in the country his poor dog get the same symptoms as the previous one, and the Dr figured out that was probably due to insecticide and herbicide put on the lavander fields where he was walking. At that time he was developping his product, gave him to his dog and get it on claws in a week.

I have not found any scientific paper about this, just a site in french, I just will try the thing for three months (recommended) and see what happens. It have been one week and I don't suffer any problems other than emotional ones which a product cannot solves. It has a strange taste but not disagreeable, and get direct to the blood stream when left for few times under the tongue.

As we see with Jack Kruse the importance of redox before detox I was thinking that I give this a try.

Hi Nico, thanks for posting this, it does look interesting! I was trying to find a list of ingredients but couldn't find any. Do you happen to have the ingredients list you could share? I guess the fact that I don't speak French didn't help me search for it :)

I am not an expert, but all is fermented so I guess sugar, and even the evil soy is no more dangerous when it's broke down that way.

I'm no expert either but I think you're right about the sugar - the bacteria apparently feeds off it during the fermentation process. This product does look quite interesting, do report on the results you get with it!

Thank you for the list of ingredients, I'll read up about this stuff because it certainly has caught my attention.

There is a thread on fermented foods and I started reading through it as a result of your post: https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,30312.0.html

Thank you Ant22,

I've been on it about one month and a half and yes I feel cleaner and more sharp so far. As fall is on set I'm releasing some mucosis, and it feels right and good for the body.
