This is just a thought. I realize that it may be too sensitive or problematic and therefore not possible to satisfy this particular request. Doing so could seem like an endorsement or encouragement and cause panic, for example, when panic and fear are not called for. That said:
Could you create a Forum for people in the U.S. that want to move to another country? i.e. become refugees.
There is so much involved in such a move. Choosing a location--where would be safer that is accessible? Figuring out the laws, rules and regulations involved. Figuring out what and how to work in said new location. How to make arrangements from overseas. Tips and ideas and experiences from those that have. Costs involved. The particular customs and culture of a place. Best ways to learn a new language (like Rosetta Stone Language software?).
It's just such a huge undertaking and it seems that scattered threads in various topic areas just don't cut it.
