So it looks like there's a new low in the Commodities Futures Trading Commission scandal. A judge retiring from the commission is admitting that they "would never rule in a complainant's favor." As the article states, it's "... startling to find a senior judge ... at one of America's most important financial regulatory agencies – the Commodities Futures Trading Commission – bluntly accusing a former CFTC Chairwoman (Wendy Gramm, wife of former Senator Phil Gramm) and a fellow judge of deliberate malfeasance, apparently over decades."
Of course with the ongoing collusion of seemingly everyone at higher levels in "public service," I don't imagine either of them have anything to fear regarding any consequences for their breach of the public trust.
