Robert Monroe OBE described in "Far Journeys" level of truth

hi all, after reading all transcripts, and searching the foruns, I did not find a question for the C's about the OBE described in the book "Far Journeys" by Robert Monroe, neither any thread discussing the specifics of the experience. I apologize if there is one.

In the book it describes an OBE where he receives a "route", which is a type of mental "download", where one becomes aware of an event as if it was watching or living it, i don't know exactly how to explain. The route is a description of the creation of earth and all living things in it, and the purpose.

It striked me, how similar it is to what the C's teached us through the transcripts. The beings that created earth and all living things in it, did it for the purpose of farming energy (described as "loosh" in the book). Essentially we are an experiment, to provide fuel/food/etc for then.

I would like to ask the C's, what is the level of truth of this OBE? Is it real, or is it just the author imagination, or is it disinformation?
