Russian-Serbian military maneuvers this week in Serbia

Elite Russian paratrooper brigade came to Serbia to held joint exercise with Serbian special army units. Six IL76MD transport planes, dozen BMD2 armor vehicles and number of quad bikes (which are new) some 300 soldiers, together with Serbian army special 62nd paratrooper brigade will hold one week maneuvers SREM2014 with the main exercise on Friday 14th November in region of Srem (Serbia).

It seems like somebody is working on building stronger ties between Russia and Serbia.
