Yesterday stumbled upon a documentary about the history of the first stealth plane (it has English subtitles). What was interesting, that apparently US gov got their idea from the research done by a Russian scientist. The whole story is a good example of how many ideas and works of the Russian/Soviet scientists (including the scientists themselves) ended up in US without any special espionage or stealing secrets going on. It was also interesting to see, how the collapse of the Soviet Union greatly damaged science there, so not surprising that many scientists moved to US in hopes for a better life.
