I understand you want to compare different modalities, perhaps that is a good idea but there are already extensive discussions on for example Gurdjieff’s work on the forum. I believe it is recommended to use the search function and then adding to those discussions. Hi, what books are you reading or have you read regarding this topic, what intentional suffering have you done while observing your intellectual center and emotional center. What concepts do you understand and not understand. You are in the proverbial library asking to meet people who like to read.

Start a topic or topics with a framework about the work and those interested with engage. You are meeting people by being here what you get out of being here the knowledge/wisdom is up to your actions… knowledge is gained through reading/networking get on forum. Wisdom is gained through interacting with this reality you chose to exists in. Do you see the two way street? After gained knowledge put into practice in this reality then use your intellectual center and emotional center to observe and learn from the blending of knowledge and reality….Reality will always show you what it is and who it is learn about it while you interact here it’s the 4th way….

We discourage forum members meeting up off of the forum because we have had problems with this type of thing in the past. There is no way of knowing who the person behind the avatar really is and things can go very badly.

You can also use the search function to find topics you are interested in and networking about them here on the forum. That's one of the purposes of the forum - networking.
