Seeking recommendations in Tucson

If all comes together, I'll be in Tucson next week for some once-a-year-in-the-states business.

High on the priority list is visiting a Co-op/Natural Food store to restock our dwindling hard-to-find supplements as well as various foodstuff.

A close second is finding a good used book store that will hopefully have at least a couple of books on the Recommended Reading list.

Do any of you folks in the area have some suggestions? I won't have a lot of time to visit too many places.

Thanks.

As far as the Co-op goes, the best place would probably be the Food Conspiracy Co-op:

A second choice would be the 17th Street Market:

Otherwise, there are three Sunflower Farmers Market locations:

As far as the used bookstores go, we actually have a depressing paucity of them, but I'd say your best bet is one of the Bookman's locations:

Their inventory circulates pretty quickly, so it's always hit-and-miss -- best to have a list of books to look for, which will increase the odds of finding something. Of the three, the Speedway location would be the best bet for the largest number of choices.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and I will assist to the best of my ability :)

Very much appreciated Shijing.

These are some great leads and I'm quite certain now that my 6 hours or so there won't be spent on fruitless searching.

Thanks.
