Could you explain what the phrase 'enhancing body structure' means?
 
Sorry I should wrote bone structure.I just wanted to send a mail for this type of walking which is very healthy.When you walk you need to press the ground very softly and you can focus on enhancing bone structure.I think this is very healthy.The reason I send this is that something was bothering me so I wanted to send the information forward.Few people should read it and try it for few min.That is all.I like this forum and the others of this type but I was not planning to join yet.So later I don t know when I will post an intro in the Newbies section.
