some drawings

I wanted to share these drawings. They are about clarification. They from some years ago.

The first one is about light piercing through the dark cloud (veil of darkness), changing into the colors of the rainbow (the different colors are standing for the different frequencies, the cloud for the depression I had as a child/teenager, I was looking for a way to get rid of this depression/low frequency).

The second one reminds me of the wave hitting our planet. The idea was a beam of light hitting a surface and while doing so it is chaing the overal frequncy of the surface.

Georgette Seurat? I did found George Seurat on google, never heard of him.

Georges Seurat - famous for his pointelist technique. Paintings are dots. I suppose his work could be seen as pixel art :)

Very nice Sandra! I liked both of them! I'm definitely in the crowd that enjoys your use of that pointilism technique!

For me that style brings to mind how all bigger pictures are still made of individual little points. Sort of: with all those little points, she's created this wonderful image. Applied in metaphor, What if each dot was a person? What if the picture was of the Earth instead? If the little individual dots change, the whole picture changes..
