Today they had these pics taken by a South African:

Not so sure about the official explanation though. Don't know if dropping excess propellant looks like that? It looks to me like some magnetic field...

Well maybe a blind shoot but first thought of mine is that it looks like an object passing through earth`s magnetic field.
