This whole fracking issue has brought a lot of people together and unleashed an avalanche of creativity, but, unfortunately, it won't stop fracking.
Everyone is doing what the corporations have set the pattern for protestors to do which is to divert attention from one strategy that may actually work which is to organize around a citizens's charter amendment to amend the state constiitution to ban fracking that is not based on zoning, but on the rights of communities and nature. Townships and cities can do this too.
Those bans have held so far, not the others.
In any case the music is truly amazing and makes everyone feel really good, but it won't stop fracking.
