HiThere
The Living Force
I recently finished watching the seventh and final season of the TV series "Sons of Anarchy", and thought I could recommend it here. It is about an outlaw MC-club in California, with lots of triggers for viewers who are interested in rock culture. Bikes, freedom, music, getting away from the strangling choke of a dysfunctional society etc.
It portrays a deeply ponerized culture, where the toxic enviroment is maintained by the psycopaths who lead the gangs, and any aspirations for goodness or decency is annihilated by the demand for and willingness to be loyal to the sacred club.
It is a very violent series and many of the scenes are disturbing, where loyalty and love are sacrificed on the altar of the club.
I found it to be a thoughtful presentation of the inherent evil of tribalism and us vs them thinking, with a bit of Oedipus thrown in there, and exceedingly well made.
