Strange how all 5 ufos look different from each other. Although 1 and 5 are close, and so are 2 and 3. But they all look different from each other. Some part of it could be looking at it from different angles, but I don't think that would account for such large differences.
 
Made me think about if all the lights in the cities of the world went out all at once at a completely random time , in unison and people looked up , maybe there would be few shocked faces.

The light coming downwards made me think of a density lift , and I thought is this an abduction , pick up going on.
 
Im trying to find more videos, but there are only 5. Could it be possible that is a kind of bad edition with differents old videos?
 
Here the same link as the first link that was given, only on Russian.
here says that it was captured on the North of St. Petersburg .
I look in Stellarium, and see that, if it is really on North, there are no Venus there. The Venus is on the West.

In the last video writes that it is a collection of the most intresting UFO, in which the UFOs can be observed in the most clearly way, up to their configuration and structure...

What do some of you think of this? Fake? It's suppose to be a plasma ufo.

Some of the comments, as usual, said that it is Chinese Lantern. But this spots (ufos) are not moving. I think, if it would be Chinese Lanterns they would suppose to move, at least minimum movement would be observed. And I don't know about the camera ability to zoom in and focus. I mean if you, for example, film the star or planet (for example Venus, because it is bright enough ) in zoom mode and what sill you see? Maybe it is not a ufo. As for me this objects looks very strange.
