For those who enjoy our avian friends, here is an amazing , super :cool2: short film called the 'Starlings on Otmoor'. The Otmoor, human tampered with and then refined habitat area is discussed, including a reference to Lewis Carols, Chess Board, 'Through the Looking Glass'.

The starlings are an astonishing thing to see - Near Oxford - England. This was filmed at an RSPB reserve called Otmoor. It is the most remarkable thing I have ever seen - and as a video camerman I have seen some pretty amazing things.

Wow, Voyageur, they are simply an amazing sight to behold. I love the way the flock, being so dense with birds, continues to morph into different configurations as they move. They're so fluid, it's almost psychedelic. Defintely poetry in motion.

Thanks for sharing,

That really IS amazing, isn't it? No matter how many times I see such footage, I'm still amazed. This was one of the best I've seen.

Yes :) I've already watch it for few times and want more.

Wow, great clip showing Starlings survival instincts with their avoidance in numbers from the predator Falcon.
