Stimulate your system and get the blood pumping.

Found a nice and easy morning exercise routine that people can add in with afew stretches to get them a little more awake if you struggle to get going in the morning. Really enjoy doing afew of these after a cold shower and before breakfast. Especially exercise #6 - really strong and powerful squat and stretch posture!

Adding afew of these in with some morning yoga postures really wakes the body up and gives you some energy for the day!

I found some of the videos helpful in trying to discipline myself and stay on task with my job and scheduling time for reading and the work.

I wanna share too, as a complement to the video, a series of easy stretches to circulate the blood after prolonged sitting. Is in spanish, but I think is easy to understand. A doctor who works with acupuncture gave me.

Just doing the exercise 11, leg lifts two or three times a day helps a lot to not feel heavy legs.
 
Interesting website: The Art of Manliness. I believe I ran across it from a link in a SoTT article on 'thriving in uncertain times'. I'll check it out and see if there's anything I might can use during the day while at work. I'm up at 6:00, on the road to the job by 6:30 and get home around 6:00 pm or later, so it'll have to be at work. I do stretches in the evening and, boy-oboy, does that feel good!
 
Thanks for this. I was looking for something similar a few months back. Mostly to just get energized in the morning. Though I am doing well in that, and taking Glycine 3g twice a day has helped. Daylight savings time left me lethargic and sleepy despite a good night's sleep for a week. The heel exercise and leg circulation look most useful for me.
