Strange Bruise

Hi everyone.

I woke up yesterday with a strange dark bruise on the inside of my upper left arm - towards the rear where I have to lift tyhe arm and twist it slightly to get a good look.

It is not an area that would tend to bump against things, nor do I remember having done so.

What is more strange is that there is a quarter-inch circle not quite centered in the bruise that is not bruised. I cannot feel any lump in the bruised area - not sure what this is or how it got there. I had been thinking that maybe I've been visited and implanted with something, but cannot detect anything.

It's just a bit unsettling...

Any thoughts?

Phil

All I can tell you is that with most of my unexplained bruises, sooner or later the cause becomes apparent when I eventually recall what happened. You found the bruise upon awakening, but the event could have occurred much earlier. I have discovered bruises days after the event.

I think it is wise to do what one can to avoid being of interest to entities of the sort you are concerned about.

Yeah, could be anything. I also had the experience of discovering bruises and later on remember what happened.
But is it happening for the first time? If yes, then I think it would be best if you wait and see if something like that happens again.

Yes this is the first time. I do not bruise easily and don't get bruises except when I seriously impact some hard object.

This bruise reminded me of the bruises I got on my leg after an angiogram a few years ago.

I would be interested to learn how to make myself less interesting to parties who might be inflicting such things...

I was hoping someone else would offer suggestions. I am not the best at explaining these things. Oh well.

Pretty much everything we do here can help. Knowledgable, aware individuals seem not to be so "tasty."

There are pretty much three things you can do psott. One is ee (meditation), two would be to do your best to straighten up your diet - removing gluten and dairy first, then sugar, corn and soy. The Life Without Bread thread is a good place to start. The third, as has been said is to gain as much knowledge as you can by reading and networking. Those three things were extremely helpful to me as they help raise one's frequency. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask. :)
