Strange Cloud Formations

I took these pics about an hour ago on the way home from work. Oddly enough, I had been feeling really down in the hours before, close to despair. Every minor irritation that came to my mind seemed to be amplified too and I felt a lot of needless anger which isn't like me at all. I mention this because I thought that I could have been affected by HAARP (or perhaps it's a phase in my EE practice) - I just thought the strange cloud formations were an odd coincidence. Could the two be linked or am I missing some vital info here?

Unfortunately it isn't clear from the pictures, but there are 2-3 layers in places where the 'frequency' of the spacing between the clouds is much shorter. They are facing different directions too (you can see on the right hand side of the first picture that there is a sequence of clouds running perpendicular to the ones below it).

Those aren't terribly unusual; it's what my grandparents called a "buttermilk" sky and generally precedes, by a few days (or less) a significant change in the weather, like storms coming.

More oddities - taken this afternoon around 1730 GMT:

I dont have a zoom function on my phone, so this is the best I could do. This light anomaly looked alot brighter than it does here. My first thought was maybe high altitude ice crystals are focusing the light in this way and creating the rainbow effect. the sun is to the left of the image.

In the picture below it looks like the clouds are at a higher altitude than the cruising level of a commercial jet! I've never seen that before..
You can see the light anomaly again in the far right of the picture.

I saw a very similar light/rainbow type anomaly last week in Dallas. The sky was not quite as cloudy, though. The odd thing was that this light was at the front of a long cloud tail and all of it was moving east - faster than the surrounding clouds. I was not able to get a picture of it - I tried with my cell phone, but since I was inside an office building, nothing could be seen.

I looked all over the news later, to see if anyone had posted a picture but did not see anything. I don't remember ever having seen anything like it before.

That is real wierd clouds.
I been reading on Lauras site a lot on all the pages she writes, She and Ark, really are good.

Neat pics! I've notice a few cloud formations like that, too, perhaps a few months or weeks ago. The contrails have been looking a lot bigger in my neck of the woods as well. Guess they're all another sign of Earth changes, which Laura pointed out in her recent article. Thanks for sharing. :)
