Strange video

wow, that's pretty , but there's a storm going on too.... i wonder.. there was an occasion when the C's mentioned something about weather changes and big storms being the manifestation of 4th density battles , as the wave approaches the veil gets thiner and thiner.. i just wonder if thats an effect of that approaching.

It is most probably a 4D bleedthrough as you suggested, it could be a projection, because it looks a bit like a christian symbol and ofcourse lets leave a very small percentage for it being fake, which i generally doubt. :) Any other suggestions?

It could be ball lightening localized on an aerial. It is not common but not unheard of, especially in thunderstorm.

You saved me :P I was just going to find that guy somehow and ask him to upload it on YouTube and the next thing i found was that it was missing from the 2 locations i first saw it so i had the same thoughts about it being removed fast. So watch it until it exists on the net..and comment. I did not know it occured in Russia.
