Found this interesting device that claims to restructure molecular clustering in water through Golden Mean phase conjugate hydrodynamics (liquid implosion) combined with phase conjugate magnetics. They also claim life affirming properties of the water after treatment such as more efficient nutrient absorption, growth rates and other benefits.
