Persons taking anticoagulant ("blood thinning") medications such as warfarin (Coumadin®) must not take this supplement. Consult your physician if taking any prescription drugs, as phytonutrients in this supplement may affect their metabolism or bioavailability.

You will notice that they do not use magnesium stearate!!

Thanks for posting this. I quite like AOR and have been using the multi you listed for a couple of months now. No complaints :)
I might switch to their B vitamin since the one I'm currently taking does have magnesium stearate.

It was very timely as I was going to place an order today and have been looking for a good multivitamin among other things. Though living in Europe, I have no problems getting it via Iherb, so your post is also relevant for non-Canadians :)
 
I live in Canada and have been ordering from iherb with excellent results for a couple of years now. Thorne Research has the best quality products I have found. Someone I work with told me about them as her naturopath introduced them to her. They have 6 different mulit-vitamin combinations and none of their products contain magnesium stearate. They are "prescribed" by natropaths and are not readily available from most vitamin sources. Their B12 is in the methylcobalamin form, which is much more expensive than the cynocobalamin form most mutlies use, which uses cyanide. I have absorption issues, which are improving greatly on the paleo diet and really notice a difference with I take these supplements.
