Here are some of my thoughts about tales/fairy tales.
How Quest Sought for the Truth, or any of us
The search for the Truth is not an invention of the modern Age. For centuries/millennia mankind was in deep quest for it. The pathway consists of many obstacles, illusions, here and there of grains of wisdom left as signs to those in seek.
The Truth is scattered in grains of wisdom among different disciplines of human life, hidden in literature and poetry, philosophy, science, religion, art and every other area of human expression. One in quest should find and collect them thus making a puzzle image of the Total Knowledge on his way to it.
Tales and fairy tales contain the Truth even more than the other literature forms because they are free of proofs and facts limits. It is (the Truth) exposed to reader's eyes yet hidden in the context with deeper meaning. But there is a difficulty to distinguish where the Truth ends and imagination begins. One must separate, like a gold panner, golden pebbles from the ordinary ones.
However, there is a tale that keeps my attention for many years: How Quest Sought for the
Truth, written almost a hundred years ago by Ivana Brlic Mazuranic. (I could find only here (http://www.archive.org/details/croatiantalesofl00brli) free download of a book available on English language. It is a scanned copy of a book printed in 1922.) I found myself acting like Quest many times, unfortunately. The main message I picked up there is: Searching for the Truth is STS if the goal is self-development.
This is the story:
There was an old man/grandfather/teacher/Elderly with 3 grandsons/students/apprentices. 3 of them as 3D, and other symbolism could be found. He (the old man) asked youths to do some work/exercise/meditation. On their long path was a dark, dense wood inhabited with the goblins reigned by Rampogusto. The way I see it, dark wood represents density of physical being, while goblins are our lizard brain construction, our ego.
The guys started singing/making sound/mantra to bring out the light of Sun/light/knowledge. The light came and showed them material and non-material existence.
Quote:
Round went All-Rosy and round went the cloak, and the brothers, clinging to the hem of the cloak, spun round with it, round and round and round again, and all the world passed before their eyes.
I selected this part because it indicates that by spinning one can achieve higher frequency levels that allow different possibilities of actions.
So, guys went back and none of them could remember neither what they saw nor what was the message given to them. I suppose that their unconsciousness part of brain was active during the vision, but dominant conscious half of brain wasn't used to such an experience and wasn't able to process it, therefore just dropped it out. Sounds familiar?
Two of the guys were embarrassed to report nothing to the old man, suddenly a lie popped in their minds and they accepted it as an easy way, without thinking of consequences. The lies were placed by goblins/ego sent by goblin master. The third guy, Quest, the most promising one, didn't want to lie and said he recalls nothing. He knew there was a message for him and decided to leave the place and the old man. It was his duty to find the Truth no matter what Quest thought. The very moment he left, the goblin appeared and started to torture him. Even though Quest was the most promising candidate for the STO orientation, by leaving the old man, it was STS thinking, he was obsessed with the Truth and consequently, the evil popped and stayed there.
Quote: “And so these two came to a sort of arrangement between them ; they got used to one another and lived side by side on the stony ledge.”
In meanwhile two other guys were driven by their goblins/ego, one was after money the other one after glory in battles and hunt. They decided to kill the old man.

" I can't," replied Bluster, whose heart had not grown so hard, amidst bloodshed and robbery, as Careful's among his riches and his tallies.
I think this speaks for itself.
The same day the old man's life was under attack Quest found the light being who discovered him again the message.

" I thought you were wiser than your brothers, and there you are the most foolish of the three. Here you have been racking your brains and calling on your wits to help you for a year and a day, so that you might remember the truth; and if you had listened to your heart when it told you on the threshold of your cabin to turn back and not to leave your old grandfather—why then, you silly boy - you would have had the truth, even without wits !”
My point here is that the Truth is not important per se, without living beings around. The Truth seeker should be grounded within the community (whatever the size of it is). The action one should undertake MUST be coherent with the NEEDS of the community when ASKED FOR in STO orientation. There is no middle way, it is STO or STS.
This tale suggests me that those seekers who developed higher frequencies of vibration probably will open the door for those whose vibration is not strong enough. The hands position while spinning, Forum members mentioned, coincidentally were the same described in the tale. And similar to dervish's spinning as well.

I found several more possible meanings applicable to those who are under quest for the Truth or Knowledge. Major lessons I've learnt and a confirmation of previous ones are:
1. Tales and Fairy tales may contain message for the Truth seekers.
2. Obsession is STS, including an obsession with the Truth.
3. Search for the Truth is STS, if the goal is self-development, instead of other people's benefit.
4. Search for the Truth is STO orientation only then one is aware of other people's needs and acts from that point of view (if asked).
5. Those people who are of the lower frequencies can transit to the next D if ask for help.
6. One whose frequency is high enough for individual transit to higher D, will pass shortly before his group, followed by fading of his physical body.
7. Spinning is mentioned worldwide as an energizer, as a method for bringing higher frequencies into human body.
Eventually, tales and fairy tales are written for children because of:
a) Children from the early age should be introduced to “good and evil” perception;
b) Children are more open-minded and more perceptive to receive messages than adults;
c) The deeper meaning and messages of the tales were lost, let's give them for children, to keep them close;
d) It is unimportant literature, therefore, no harm/good enough for children;
