Rational Therapy: Tell me about the irrational thoughts you believe
Primal Scream Therapy: Yell me your feelings
Stoicism: Tell me about your stiff upper lip
Acceptance Therapy: Tell me why you haven’t rescheduled
Tough love: Tell it to the judge
