I've had direct telepathic experiences with one of my neighbors where all the white noise in the background filters off for a second and his words are or certain information comes to me from him I'm wondering if I should write about this I've just lived with him for about eight years and he's a hit extremely close attention to me and I lost the laptops and devices at hotel rooms which I think we're confiscated from me and someone got their reading that all my work and I don't trust my router or security please advise me and I'll maybe I will share some of these experiences.

Since you can't edit, just do a new post answering the questions asked by Gawan, or just explaining what you wrote in the post so that we can try to help you. Reading between the lines can only confuse matters more.

What does it mean telepatic experience ? For me for example is to feel someon's smell befor the person will come or is thinking about me. The other telepatic experience is when You heard someon's thought's, is up to us how our antennas is working and which kind of information we get. Normally if i can stay focus on the things which i know that is truthful and i can use in a good way. You said that someon's steal your things? You don't know who? These kind of things shouldn't happen that someon's steal Your things. The first thing You should do is to let the people know that the situation is insecure in the place that You stay for the moment and don't be skirt to talk about this and do something about this :)

I think I know what you’re talking about.
Sometimes when I take a nap or fall asleep for the night, just before I finally start to sleep I would start to get snippets of words and flash images of faces. Some of it nonsensical but some I could trace to actual people and had a distinct sense of actually observing, as if I was there in some etheric or astral sense. It would sometimes feel as if I was randomly darting around, flashing in and out of different peoples lives.
I also had dreams in the same theme, a few where I was eavesdropping and some how believed or could tell that I wasn’t in a dream, that through my bodies dream state I could remote view.
Lately, this hasn’t happened in maybe a few years or longer.

Right! I forgot to mention, what you said resonated with me: static. There’s a white noise like barrier you have to break through somehow. It just happened for me but I know what you mean by it. It’s bizarre but I can’t explain it in any other way but being like this buffer of static.
When discussion of seeing through or beyond the veil takes place I’m often reminded of this static buffer you have to endure to break through.
